It is perfectly located in Eastern Shores which is a 3 minute drive from the beach, 5 minutes south of Aventura, and 20 minutes north of South Beach. The interior design is cozy with modern furniture it can easily accommodate 10 guests.

The formal dining room is great for entertaining and the gourmet kitchen has been fully renovated with top of the line appliances and warm wooden cabinets.

On the first floor you will find the spacious master bedroom which has a beautifully renovated marble bathroom, a large stand up shower and bathtub. The lovely sliding doors open directly to the pool which has breath taking views.

On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a semi-ensuite which has a bath and a shower. The 2 bedrooms have beautiful wooden floors. In the first room you will find a comfortable queen size bed and in the second room you will find 2 twin size beds.
